To check your order, log in to your ArtTix account or access your account through the ArtTix app, using the email address used to purchase the tickets. You can check your orders at any time, but the QR code of the tickets will not populate until 24 hours prior to showtime so it can be scanned at the door on a mobile device.

BAG RESTRICTIONS

For the safety and security of our guests and performers, the Eccles Theater is limiting the size of bags allowed to 12 inches by 12 inches by 6 inches. Patrons will be asked to return oversized bags and unauthorized items to their vehicles prior to entering the building. No exceptions.

    Beer, soda, water & snacks can be purchased at multiple locations throughout the building. Refreshments are allowed into the Delta Performance Hall and throughout the public areas of the theater.
