Live at the Eccles in partnership with ArtTix has implemented the following policy and refund procedure for events.

TICKET REFUND POLICY

When a date is canceled, all patrons will automatically be refunded to the patron’s original form of payment.  Patrons are encouraged to always purchase tickets from ArtTix, the only authorized ticket seller for the Eccles Theater.  Patrons who do not purchase tickets from ArtTix must seek a refund from the third party ticket source.

When a date is postponed, patrons should hold on to their tickets until a new date is announced.  Tickets for the originally scheduled date will be valid for the rescheduled performance.  Patrons may, however, request a refund any time up to 30 days before the new rescheduled show date if they purchased tickets from ArtTix.

For refund requests, contact your original point of purchase.  For tickets purchased through ArtTix, email [email protected].  Include show name, confirmation number, purchaser’s first and last name and email used to buy the tickets.
